Dealing With Stress, Week 2, Day 3

How I Deal With Stress

Towards stress for me it would usually be from playing a rage game.  However the way I deal with stress is by going to watch a video of a more peaceful game.  Another way I deal with stress is by going outside on the trampoline and having a long jump for however long I want.  If I don't do those I'll likely be going to have a read of a book for at least 10 minutes, that way I'll let my mind focus on only one thing, the topic of my book.

    I'm very impressed to read about all the strategies you use to deal with stress. You sound very mature, knowing when to remove yourself from a situation to de-stress. Well done! Often I need to remove myself and spend some time alone as well so that I can calm down and clear my mind. Sometimes I will go for a bush walk so that my mind will relax and focus on the nature around me. It sounds like we have similar strategies.
